How to Test Zapier Webhooks Without the Timing Dance

Testing Zapier webhooks means opening the Zap editor, clicking Test, then racing to send data before the testing window closes. Zapier Webhook Tester eliminates this timing problem by letting you send payloads whenever you want.

Getting Started

1. Install Zapier Webhook Tester from the Chrome Web Store
2. Click the extension icon to open the testing interface
3. Paste your Zapier Catch Hook URL (hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/…)
4. Write your JSON payload and hit Send

The extension defaults to POST with a JSON body and automatically sets Content-Type: application/json.
